Benjamin Crooks

Benjamin serves as Head of AI at M37 Ventures, where he leads the strategy, architecture, and deployment of AI platforms across client organizations. He works directly with executive teams to move AI initiatives from experimentation to production, designing systems that operate inside real business workflows and deliver measurable operational impact.

His work focuses on scalable AI systems, including multi-agent architectures, long-running context and memory, enterprise workflow integrations, data-layer connectivity, custom MCP servers, and production governance. He brings over five years of hands-on experience designing agentic AI systems and translating emerging AI capabilities into practical enterprise solutions.

Benjamin also supports M37's executive events across North America and Europe, helping convene technology leaders from the firm's global network.
