Dan Mikesell

Dan Mikesell serves on the Business Development team at M37 Ventures, bringing more than two decades of international telecom leadership across Latin America, the Caribbean, and Africa.

He has led revenue growth and market expansion across the region, including serving as Vice President of Latin America at Telcordia Technologies and as Regional Vice President of Communications at Oracle, where he scaled software license sales by 225% and secured 22 net-new operator accounts across 14 countries. He later served as Regional Vice President of Latin America at International Game Technology, with full regional P&L responsibility.

Dan is Co-Founder and Principal Partner of Caiman Communication, where he leads cross-border deal execution for vendors selling into mobile operators across Latin America and Africa. He also serves as President of Blackdove, the digital art platform partnered with LG Electronics.

His work spans emerging-market carrier ecosystems, where successful enterprise deals are driven as much by long-standing relationships as they are by technology.
