Scott Rice is an Executive Advisory Partner at M37 Ventures, with more than two decades of senior technology leadership across the U.S. wireless industry.
He spent 21 years at Sprint, where he served as Chief Information Officer and led the company's digital transformation, rebuilding core infrastructure and modernizing the systems behind its next generation of mobile services. Following the Sprint–T-Mobile merger, Scott served as Senior Vice President of Integration and Transformation at T-Mobile, where he led the technology and operational consolidation of the combined organization.
Today, Scott advises a select group of emerging technology companies on digital transformation and enterprise readiness, and serves as an Advisory Board Member at MCE Systems. He has spoken at Mobile World Congress and is frequently cited on AI, data, and carrier transformation across CIO, Technology Magazine, and Mobile World Live.
