Ted Chase

Ted Chase leads technical delivery at M37 Ventures, owning the path from strategy to execution across the firm's enterprise engagements. He brings the program leadership and technical discipline that move clients from advisory recommendation into operating reality.

His career spans program and technology delivery across telecom, fintech, payments, and enterprise IT. Ted served as Chief Technology Officer of TessPay, where he led development of the company's blockchain payments platform, and as a Director at T-Mobile, where he sponsored several of the carrier's largest transformation programs. Earlier, he led datacenter migration and infrastructure transition programs for global enterprise customers, with a long-standing reputation for delivery on fast-track timelines.

Ted operates fluently across both strategy and execution, with engagement experience spanning Fortune 100 corporates in banking, payments, telecom, energy, healthcare, and the public sector. He holds a B.S. in Information Technology from Northeastern University.
